On Saturday late afternoon Ulster Hose was dispatched to a 2 car auto-accident with reported entrapment. Car 1 arrived with 1 subject trapped from a result of a T-bone. Engines 1 and 3 arrived and quickly stabilized and began extrication, doing a side removal of the driver side. The patient was removed in under 15 min and turned over to Empress Ambulance for patient care. Rescue 3 also assisted on scene. Patient was transported to Kingston Health Alliance.

Earlier today, Officer Leiter, Officer Campos and Officer Norman participated in the "Murph Challenge" at Kingston Athletics.
The “Murph Challenge” is an annual Memorial Day fitness event and fundraiser honoring Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan.

Today the officers and members paid their last respects to Life Member and past Assistant Chief Clark J. Kimble. Clark was a member for nearly 47 years, joining the department on July 1, 1979. In his almost 5 decades as a member, he left his impact on the community and fellow members alike. We mourn his loss and share our condolences with his family.
