A Journey Through the Elements: A Sound Healing & Reiki Experience ✨
Friday, Oct. 2nd, 6:00-7:15pm

Reconnect with yourself through an evening of sound, energy, and mindful relaxation inspired by the four elements Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

This restorative experience combines the soothing vibrations of sound healing with the gentle energy of Reiki to create a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. As you are guided through each element, you'll be invited to ground your body, release what no longer serves you, and awaken your inner vitality.

September 10 is , an opportunity to raise awareness about su***de prevention, encourage open conversations, and remind those who may be struggling that support is available.

As we recognize , we also recognize the children, teens, families, and communities grieving the death of someone by su***de. Grief following a su***de death can bring unique questions and challenges, and compassionate, informed support can make a meaningful difference.

Tuesdays (5:30-7:00pm) & Wednesdays (6:00-7:30pm)
Call 781-585-4221 x108 to register today!

Throughout the academic year, the Mike’s Club program offers separate groups for children, teens, and parenting adults coping with death-related loss of a parent, caregiver, or sibling. The children process their grief through creative activities, arts and crafts, and games, with the help of our trained support staff. Teens are encouraged to bond and talk with one another, work on group activities, or their own art/craft. Families are able to connect with others who are dealing with similar circumstances in a safe and peaceful environment. Parents who have lost their partner or spouse are given the opportunity to meet in their own support group.

Mike's Club is a free program for children 5-18 years old. Groups meet every other week during the school year on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and are led by Hope Floats staff, clinicians and trained volunteer facilitators.

If your child or teen could benefit from a supportive community this fall, registration is open today! We’d love to welcome new and returning families to Hope Floats for another year.

"From the moment she entered the world, Francie Nolan needed to be made of stern stuff, for growing up in the Williamsburg slums of Brooklyn, New York demanded fortitude, precocity, and strength of spirit. . . By turns overwhelming, heartbreaking, and uplifting, the Nolans’ daily experiences are raw with honestly and tenderly threaded with family connectedness."

Attention, gardeners! 🧑‍🌾🌱

We’re looking for individuals, friends and families, and local businesses who would like to give back by helping us care for the beautiful grounds at Hope Floats.

The grounds are one of the first things people often comment on when they visit Hope Floats for the first time. Community members have even described the property as feeling like “a big hug.” The gardens play an important role in creating the peaceful, welcoming warmth of our center, and we’d love your help in keeping them that way!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with planting, weeding, and tidying our garden beds and mindful Labyrinth path. Whether you’d like to volunteer on your own, bring a friend, or gather a team from your business, we’d love to have you join us.

Interested in getting your hands dirty for a good cause? 🌿
