Kingston Housing Authority The Kingston Housing Authority is an organization with a proud history of providing safe, decent and affordable housing for area Citizens.

In 1948, its dream of quality, affordable housing for area citizens was designed ad put into action. Over the years, hundreds of apartments were constructed, which have provided the foundations for family and elderly communities around Kingston.

There is a Central Hudson power outage affecting the area of Colonial Gardens and VanDyke. The outage is affecting over 900 customers and the estimated time of restoration from Central Hudson is 4:30 p.m.

Kingston Housing Authority offices will be closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th at 8:30 a.m.
