Congratulations to Reagan Olsen, the winner of the Memorial PTO raffle prize of a ride to school in a Kingston Police cruiser! Reagan had the opportunity to arrive at school in style alongside Officer Tess Fox and Detective Gina Whitford.

Reagan was kind enough to share this special experience with her friend, Emmy Gurrisi, making the morning even more memorable for both girls. We hope they enjoyed every minute of their ride to school!

As another school year comes to a close, the Kingston Police Department would like to wish Reagan, Emmy, and all of our students and families a happy, healthy, and safe summer.

Kingston Police Department Arrests Kingston Man Following Extensive Sexual Assault Investigation

Kingston, NH — On March 19, 2026, Detective Gina Whitford of the Kingston Police Department received a phone call from a parent reporting that they had just learned that their child had allegedly been the victim of sexual abuse approximately 25 years ago.

Over the course of the next month and a half, Detective Whitford conducted an intensive and exhaustive investigation into the allegations. The investigation involved countless hours of follow-up work, detailed interviews, and coordination with prosecutors to thoroughly examine all potential evidence and information.

As the investigation evolved, the suspect was identified by the sole victim as William Brouck, 66-year-old male of Kingston, New Hampshire.

Working closely with a prosecutor from the Rockingham County Attorney's Office, Detective Whitford compiled and presented the results of the investigation for review. Following that review, Detective Whitford applied for an arrest warrant for Brouck.

On May 7, 2026, a Superior Court Judge found sufficient probable cause and granted the arrest warrant.

William Brouck is facing the following charges of:

• Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (RSA 632-A:2, II) — Victim Under 13 Years of Age
• Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (RSA 632-A:2, I(l)) — Victim Under 13 Years of Age
• Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (RSA 632-A:2, I(l)) — Victim Under 13 Years of Age
• Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault (RSA 632-A:2, II) — Victim Under 13 Years of Age
• Felonious Sexual Assault (RSA 632-A:4, III) — Sexual Contact with a Victim Under 13 Years of Age

On May 8, 2026, The Londonderry Police Department located Brouck and took him into custody without incident on Kingston’s active warrant and transported to the Rockingham County House of Corrections, where Kingston Police Officer Bob Gagnon completed the booking process.

Brouck is currently being held without bail pending arraignment on May 11, 2026, at 0930 hours in Brentwood District Court.

The Kingston Police Department commends Detective Gina Whitford for her relentless dedication, professionalism, and determination throughout this lengthy and sensitive investigation.

The Kingston Police Department extends its appreciation to the Londonderry Police Department for their assistance in the apprehension of the defendant.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
