Thank you, Sullivan County.

While we did not win the mayor’s race last night, I am filled with gratitude. First and foremost, I thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for His guidance, strength, and perfect plan.

I thank my amazing family for their unwavering love and support. I’m so grateful to every campaign volunteer who poured their time and heart into this effort, and a special thank you to every voter who came out and voted for me — your support means the world. I met so many incredible people while campaigning, and I will always cherish those conversations and new friendships. God has a plan, and being mayor wasn’t part of it. I trust Him completely.

I wish the best for our next mayor and for the progress of Sullivan County.

As Vice Chair of our school board, I will keep fighting every day for our children and for excellence in education.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. On to the next chapter!

Campaign Promises, Goals, and Priorities

• Healthcare Competition: She is currently working with physicians to build a Level 1 Trauma hospital.

• Property taxes: She will work with commissioners to put a cap on senior citizens’ property taxes.

• Industry recruitment: All three school systems have added numerous programs to ensure we have the workforce.

• Infrastructure: Work with federal and state governments to get grants for infrastructure.

• Public safety: Always support our law enforcement and first responders to ensure we have a safe community.

• Transparency and accountability in the mayor’s office.

• Supporting Education is our #1 Economic Driver.

• She has funded her own campaign. I work for the PEOPLE, not big corporations.

Today is the day to go vote. This primary will decide who your next mayor is. We have over 121,000 registered voters in Sullivan County. Only 10%, yes 10%, go vote. Men and women fought for our right to vote. Go do your civic duty. We owe it to them! I humbly ask for your vote.
