Park Hill Historic District

Park Hill Historic District This Historic District in Downtown Kingsport is Part of the "Model City"one of the first planned communities in the United States. Building Started in 1915.

The Area is also known as the 50's because fifty of them were built. These houses were part of the City plan by Architect John Nolan but designed by C. Mckinzey. The Neighborhood recently formed a Neighborhood Association In an effort to help the city with neighborhood aesthetics, continuity, absentee land lords and to make unified efforts in governance.
