Day 5️⃣ Week of Caring! Our final day!💛

As one of the many community service projects undertaken by Eastman during the 34th Annual Regional United Way Week of Caring, sponsored by Eastman Credit Union, volunteers spent time at Girls Inc. of Kingsport completing a variety of improvements. Their efforts included cleaning, installing laminate flooring in an office, mulching and other outdoor work, and making several repairs to help enhance the facility.

The United Way of Greater Kingsport knows that better boards make better nonprofits. They have partnered with the United Way of Greater Knoxville's nonprofit training program to offer a customized, comprehensive nonprofit governance training, allowing participants to better serve at a board leadership level in any nonprofit.

The Fall Cohort begins August 4th, 2026 and meets monthly though December (2 in person and 2 via Zoom).
