Downtown Kingsley Is Looking for A Development Partner

You may have noticed that the corner of Brownson and Main looks a little different over the past few weeks!

That’s because the Kingsley DDA is making progress on our plans to bring new amenities and investment to our amazing Village!

A few weeks ago, we issued a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQP) seeking a qualified development partner to help us create something special for Downtown Kingsley. We’re looking for a partner to develop a mixed-use project that adds to the vibrancy of our downtown and helps our community continue to thrive.
