The Camarena Family allowed us to be a part of a very special day for our kindergarten student, Joey. Joey was surprised by his daddy, a proud member of the United States Marine Corps, home after a seven month deployment. His mom, grandma, and other relatives were also on hand for the reunion. Thank you for your service, Mr. Camarena.

We had great fun tonight at our holiday craft fair! We even had a visit from Santa! Thank you to all of the families who attended. We hope you had a nice evening of crafts, hot cocoa, and yummy snacks with your family. We’ll share more pictures tomorrow, but a huge shoutout to our otterly awesome KCAM PTO and all the teachers that attended tonight!

Our new KCAM classrooms are here!! And they have bathrooms - IYKYK. These will be our TK/K classrooms beginning after winter break. We are so excited!!

We had fun surprising Ms. Estrada this morning, who was selected as Teacher of the Month for King City Arts Magnet School. She is a 3rd grade teacher and has a true passion for helping and supporting her kids. When asked what they love about her the common theme was how much she cares and supports them.

Mrs. Reyes is our school secretary and goes above and beyond every single day to ensure that our teachers, students, and families have an otterly awesome day. We’re having a great Dia de Los Mu***os festival at KCAM! We have beautiful ofrendas, mariachi, tacos from La Potranca, face painting, traditional dancers, and many other activities. We’ll be celebrating until 7:00. Come on down and join the fun!
