What does it take to lead a team to success on the world's biggest stage?

At Leadercast 2026: Champion the Leader Within, you'll hear from Matt Besler, former U.S. Men's National Team standout and one of the most accomplished players in Sporting Kansas City history.

A five-time MLS All-Star, Matt spent 12 seasons with Sporting Kansas City, captaining his hometown club for seven years and helping lead the team to four major championships. He also represented the United States at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, competing alongside some of the world's best athletes.

Through his experiences as a team captain, competitor, and leader, Matt brings valuable insights on teamwork, communication, accountability, and performing under pressure.
