Dear Cadet Families,
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we continue working through the beginning-of-the-year dismissal process. We are making adjustments each day to ensure dismissal is as safe and efficient as possible.
Beginning Wednesday, bus riders will be picked up at the back of the school. This change will allow us to begin releasing car riders earlier.
Please help us by following these procedures:
-Remain in your vehicle and pick up your child through the car rider line. Parents who park and walk up will need to wait until the car rider line has cleared.
-Enter the parking lot using the entrances on Sutton Drive.
-The driveway leading to Trimmier Road is EXIT ONLY. Please do not enter the parking lot from Trimmier.
-After giving staff your child's name, follow their directions and pull all the way forward until you are asked to stop.
We are reducing our dismissal time each day, and our goal is to load students safely and get families off Trimmier Road as quickly as possible. Your cooperation makes a tremendous difference!
As a reminder, our school doors lock promptly at 8:00 a.m. If you arrive after 8:00 a.m., you must park and sign your student in at the front office, located in the building with the steeple.
For the safety of our students and staff, ALL VISITORS must report to and sign in at the front office.
