We’re excited to share that Killbuck Township Fire & EMS has received a supply of Drip Drop Watermelon Hydration Electrolyte Drink Mix through an NVFC grant!
This grant provides our firefighters and EMS personnel with hydration support to help them stay healthy and ready to respond during training, emergency calls, and community events.
We are grateful to the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) and DripDrop Hydration for making this grant opportunity available and for supporting the health and wellness of volunteer first responders.

CALLING HOURS AND FUNERAL SERVICE ARRANGMENTS FOR FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC KYLE YODER

JULY 6TH, 2026

To all who wish to pay their respects to Firefighter/Medic Kyle Yoder, his family and Holmes Fire District #1, calling hours will be at The Holmes County Fair Grounds, 8880 State Route 39, Millersburg, Ohio 44654 from 2pm – 4pm and again from 6pm-8pm on Friday, July 10th, 2026.

Fire service personnel who wish to pay their respects please arrive at 1830 hrs., for fire service viewing at 1900hrs.

Funeral services will be held at the Holmes County Fairgrounds, on Saturday at 11am. After services have been completed, a full processional with a graveside memorial service at the New Life Fellowship Cemetery, 8580 County Road 245, Holmesville, OH 44633.
A press release with processional routes, restrictions, and details will be announced in the coming days.
