Proposition B

In accordance with the NPOA Bylaws, Proposition B was presented to the membership for consideration. The proposition asked whether Plat 1, Lot YY0, a waterfront lot, could be offered for sale through a sealed bid process.

The proposition specified that the property would be subject to deed restrictions prohibiting the construction of any residence, structure intended for habitation, or dock on the lot.

The membership voted in favor of Proposition B, thereby authorizing the Association to offer Plat 1, Lot YY0 for sale through a 30-day sealed bid process, subject to the stated deed restrictions. Sealed bids will be accepted from June 14, 2026, through July 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the bidding period, all sealed bids will be opened and reviewed. The property will be awarded to the highest qualified bidder; however, the Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it determines that doing so is in the best interest of the Association.
