🏙️ Help Re-Imagine Downtown Keysville!

Join the The Town Of Keysville, Place + Main Advisors, LLC, CRC, and community partners for a Re-Imagine Main Community Walking Tour on Thursday, August 6, from 6:00–7:30 p.m.

Participants will explore downtown Keysville, discuss opportunities for historic, underused, and vacant buildings, and share ideas about the businesses and improvements they would like to see in the community.

📍 The tour begins at 6:00 p.m. in front of the Keysville Town Office. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!

CRC is excited to see the BOOMS initiative moving forward in Lawrenceville this week. Through this partnership, Place + Main Advisors is working with the Town of Lawrenceville and regional partners to support downtown revitalization, property inventory, and real estate redevelopment strategies.

Projects like this help strengthen local economies, identify new opportunities for investment, and support long-term revitalization efforts in our downtown communities. We appreciate the work of all project partners and look forward to seeing this effort continue to take shape.

Exciting progress in the Town of Crewe!

CRC is glad to see BOOMS Tracker planning underway with Place + Main Advisors, the Town of Crewe, Virginia Main Street, DHCD, the Virginia To***co Region Revitalization Commission, and Virginia Housing.

This work will help support future investment, downtown revitalization, and strategic redevelopment opportunities in Crewe’s historic commercial areas.
