April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and the Forensic Nurses at UPMC Western Maryland are proud to stand up in support of children and families in our community. Every day, they have the privilege of caring for some of the most vulnerable patients as they work alongside what they consider dedicated community partners in sharing the same mission.
These ladies say they are greatful to collaborate with their community partners with the same commitment and teamwork in helping to ensure children are protected, heard and supported. Together, we form a safety net for families and work toward a future where every child can grow up safe and free from harm.

Shout out and huge thank you to Little Honey Bees Daycare for continuously donating to our High 5 Drive and helping the BRAVE kids in West Virginia. Our priority at SARAH'S House is to help children heal from their trauma, and you can be a part of that, too. $5.00 = One Hand = One Child. The past fiscal year, we served 140 children. Our goal is to represent each child with a hand. Please consider helping us reach this goal. 💙🧡🖐🧡💙
