Built in 1914 through the Carnegie Library Project, the Kewanna Union-Township Public Library has been serving the residents of Kewanna for over 100 years. With a new addition to be completed by the end of 2011, we are expanding our technology with new computers, updated materials, and kids programs held the last Saturday of each month.

Money Management for Senior Citizens

Lake City Bank Associates, Kelli Cook and Lu Anne Stockberger, will be presenting a program called “Money Management for Senior Citizens” on Wed., June 10 @ 1:00 in Kewanna Union Township Public Library. Kewanna Union Township Public Library is located at 210 E. Main St., Kewanna, IN.
Financial management is important for older adults to age well. Kelli and Lu Anne will be sharing strategies to help your money go farther. Everyone is welcome to attend this very informative program!

Play with Clay: Create a Planter with Terra by Jennifer
Kewanna Union Township Public Library will host “Play with Clay” on Thurs., June 11 4:00-5:30. “Play with Clay” will be led by local artist, Jennifer Weinert. Jennifer will be sharing her talent working with clay to create unique creations.
Embrace your creative side while spending time with friends and enjoying some sweet treats!
All youth are welcome to attend. Pre-registration is helpful. All supplies and refreshments are provided – just bring yourself!
