Happy Friday, PS 99 families!

The PA is excited to welcome everyone back next week!

A few quick updates before the first day:

~ Supplies: If you ordered supply kits through the school, please make sure to send the following items on the first day!
•⁠ ⁠ALL: a backpack and a soft pencil case
•⁠ ⁠Kindergarten: change of clothes in a labeled ziploc bag.
•⁠ ⁠1st, 2nd & 3rd Grade: AUX cord headphones in a labeled ziploc bag.
•⁠ ⁠4th & 5th Grade: Wired earbuds or headphones and $8 for Scholastic subscription.

~ Back to School BBQ: Save the date for September 18th!

~ Zeffy: We will continue to use Zeffy for our events. Please see the second slide above to learn about Zeffy and how avoid any unexpected fees.

The Parents’ Association is so excited for our first event this year! Join us Friday, September 18th from 4 to 7pm for a “Fall into Fun” themed BACK-TO-SCHOOL BBQ in the main building schoolyard.

Enjoy games like hobby horse and potato sack races, hula hoop competitions, and sensory activities and crafts. Choose food from a delicious fall-themed menu, dance to the live DJ, and get to know your kids’ friends, their families, teachers, and school staff! PS99 swag (school spirit wear) will also be for sale!

Tickets go on sale September 8th. Tickets are $10-kids 3 and under are free.
