Every Child Matters. 🧡
On Orange Shirt Day, we remember the children who never came home and stand with survivors, families, and communities living with the lasting impacts of boarding schools. We hold space for truth, healing, and the voices of those whose stories must never be forgotten.
That remembrance carries a responsibility: to help build schools where Native students feel safe, seen, valued, and connected. Places where their languages, cultures, identities, and communities are celebrated, and every child is supported to thrive.
We carry these stories forward as we work toward a future where education uplifts our children and strengthens our Nations.
