🇺🇸 Memorial Day is more than a long weekend or the unofficial start of summer.

It’s a time to pause and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country—and the families who carry that sacrifice with them every day.

Across our Emerald Cottages communities in Kerrville, McKinney, New Braunfels, Round Rock, and Waco, we’re grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and the heroes who made them possible.

Today, we honor their courage, remember their sacrifice, and hold close the values of community, service, and gratitude that continue to bring people together.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and peaceful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

We had it all at today's Dip Swap ~ Sweet and savory, with recipes to share, so thank you to everyone who made this possible! We've said this before, but it bears repeating. The cottages are beautiful, but the residents and staff are what makes our community so special.

Another fabulous trip without the hassle of traveling ~ this time to Ireland! 🇮🇪 Thank you Diane for sharing your beautiful photos, music and information about the Emerald Isle, and for bringing Guinness 🍻 to share! Add in some green and orange food, it was a great way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

Thank you, Executive Director Sarah Tacey, and Visual Arts Director Rachel Lovelace from the The Hill Country Arts Foundation Point Theatre for taking time to come talk with our residents about the history of Stonehenge II and the famous outdoor stage of The Point Theatre.
