Effective Oct. 1st, 2026 (November bill) water and sanitation rates for City of Kerens customers will be increasing to keep up with the costs of maintain the water system and providing water and sanitation services. Please see below for more rate information and sample bills for comparison purposes.

Sample bills are provided for reference only and may not reflect your bill due to differences in sewer rates that are based on winter averaging. If you have questions about your bill, please call City Hall at 903-396-2971

Some customers may experience low pressure and/or disruption of water service as repairs are being made to a leak. They are working diligently to make the repairs and service will be restored as soon as possible.

The Santiogo Apostol Dancers in their colorful native dress will perform traditional dances of the Mexicas that have been performed in Mexico since the early Colonial Period. They are entertaining in their attire, their dances, chants, that include fire torches. The group will perform on the brick streets in front of Main Stage at 6:30.
