Darold Stroud for Soos Creek Water and Sewer Commissioner Darold has served as one of your five commissioners since July 2011. Darold and his family have lived in the Kent area for nearly 20 years.

He takes pride in the fact that the District has best in class customer service, solid long-term strategies, passionate tenured employees and extremely competitive rates. He has over 20 years of leadership experience working for public and private corporations and he brings to the board a proven history of exceptional management and leadership skills, solid cost management oversight, and a passion

for customer service. As the Vice President of Financial Operations at T-Mobile, Darold understands the importance of both leadership and vision with the customers and employees. He has been active in Boys Scouts and his son is an Eagle scout, he also has coached several of his children’s sports teams. He enjoys serving on the board because it gives him an opportunity to serve the community. Darold has witnessed how water and sewer services are provided to you by a team of people from top-to-bottom that are committed to quality, reliability, and affordability. He would be proud to continue to serve the community as your commissioner. Thank you for your support.
