🚨 Toxic algae alert!!! 🚨 Stay safe in you are planning to go to Lake Wilderness!

Public Health – Seattle & King County has issued a Tier I Warning Advisory for Lake Wilderness after testing confirmed that cyanotoxin levels exceed the recommended public health guidance value.

Last Friday, we had a great time welcoming our newest Kindergarten families at our Little Falcons at the Park event! 💙🦅

Families enjoyed free popcorn, cotton candy, and fruit bars while future Falcons met new friends and had fun on the playground before their first day of school.

A special thank you to PTO Today & That's it. for generously sponsoring the fruit bars and helping make this event extra special for our little Falcons!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers!

This past week, dedicated parents, families, and community members came together to help clean up and transform our school courtyard. Your time, hard work, and generosity are creating a lasting impact for our students and helping bring this vision to life.

We're almost there! To complete the project, we still need approximately 35 bags of red wood mulch.

If you'd like to help us cross the finish line, please consider donating a bag or two. Each bag costs just $4.50, and every contribution brings us one step closer to creating a beautiful outdoor space for our Falcons to learn, play, and grow.

🦅 Little Falcons at the Park 🦅

We're excited to host this brand-new event for incoming kindergarten families!

Come play, enjoy free snacks and water, and connect with other kindergarten families. It's the perfect chance to meet your new classmates and maybe even your future best friends!

Back‑to‑School Bonus!
Families can enjoy FREE access to the Pacific Science Center — all you need is your King County Library card! Perfect timing too… it’s happening just one day before school starts.

A fun, hands‑on way to wrap up summer and spark some curiosity for the year ahead.

Mark your calendars now! A King County Library Cards (KCLC) will get you (and your family!) FREE admission into the Pacific Science Center, on Tuesday, August 25th! This is a very significant savings, especially if you are visiting with a family.

You will just need to bring your library card (or you can show it in the app), to show at the entrance, to get free admission. Each card covers two adults and their dependents under 18. Note that it needs to be a KCLC (not a Seattle library card). If you do not already have a KCLC you can sign up now, or there are supposed to be staff onsite to help you sign up (at the Pacific Science Centter on 8/25).

If you cannot make it on that day, or do not qualify for a KCLC card, we do have a big round up of more discounts available for the Pacific Science Center here.
