Citizens for Kent Schools The political committee, Citizens For Kent Schools, is a citizens committee committed to passing levies and bonds in the Kent School District.

Citizens for Kent Schools is a committee of concerned citizens and parents from Kent, Covington, Fairwood, Auburn, and Renton who support our local school funding measures by promoting the Kent School District bonds and levies. It is run by volunteer citizens. Upcoming Levy Election Feb. 8, 2022.

Today, on Veterans Day, we extend our deepest gratitude to all who have served in our nation’s military. We are especially proud to recognize the dedicated City of Kent employees and councilmembers who have worn the uniform, represented our country, and now continue their service to our community.

Their stories remind us of the courage, sacrifice, and commitment that make our nation strong.

Our Story

Local levy funding allows us to provide the quality education our community expects for our children, which goes beyond the minimum funded by the state.

Having good schools and facilities has a positive effect on our neighborhoods. Better schools help build a stronger community, which will improve our quality of life, keep crime down, and help increase the value of our homes.

Funds from the EP&O Levy Benefit All Students and our community.

All students should be given the same opportunities regardless of their abilities, backgrounds, or family income. This funding will ensure all students in Kent School District have the same opportunities to learn, grow and succeed.
