πŸ’š May is Mental Health Month in Kent! πŸ’š
Taking care of your mental well-being is just as important as taking care of your physical health. True wellness is about the whole pictureβ€”and sometimes, reducing daily stress about housing, transportation, or legal issues is the first major step toward peace of mind.
When life feels overwhelming, knowing where to turn shouldn’t be another hurdle. Our community is full of supportive resources designed to help lift the burden.
Whether you need a helping hand or want to share these resources with a neighbor, we encourage you to check outhttps://www.kentohio.gov/media/1ikdqdwj/kent-compassionate-services-referral-guide.pdf

πŸ›‘ Remember: For immediate, 24/7 emergency services, always dial 911. For non-emergency dispatch, you can reach Kent Police at 330-673-7732 and Kent Fire at 330-676-7393.
Let’s look out for one another, Kent.
Save this post, download the guide, and never hesitate to reach out. You are not alone!
