Staff Spotlight!

Molly has worked at KDL for four years, first as a Shelver and now as an Assistant Branch Librarian. You will often find Molly reading books in Spanish to better learn the language.

"A favorite library memory of mine was when I was 7 and independently able to go to the local library on my own. I had struggled with wanting to read because I was too active, but the ability to go and choose for myself made all the difference in the world. I especially remember waiting for the next books in the Redwall series and I can remember exactly where they had kept their rack of books and I knew just where to look to see if it came in. I was very shy and it built my confidence to be able to do the process on my own."
