Washington Municipal Golf Course Update ⛳

Unfortunately, the course will not be opening today.

Last night’s storms caused significant tree damage and ponding, and conditions just aren’t safe for play right now.

We’ll be delaying opening until further notice while crews work through cleanup.

We know this is frustrating—and we appreciate your patience. We’ll share updates as soon as we’re ready to open for the season.

If you notice damage to a tree in the parkway (the area between the sidewalk and the street), please report it to the Parks Department so our crews can take care of it.

If a tree or large branch is blocking the roadway, please contact us so we can respond as quickly as possible.

The ice rink is open today! If it rains later tonight, we will shut it down. The skate hut will be open at 4.

Ice Rink Update:

Due to the recent warm temperatures and sunshine, the ice rink is currently closed. When temps climb above 45° and the sun is out, the rink quickly turns into more of a pond than skateable ice.

We’ll continue to monitor conditions throughout the week as temperatures fluctuate. With warmer days and cooler nights, availability may be hit or miss, so please watch this page for updates before heading out.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to keep the rink safe and enjoyable for everyone. Stay tuned!
