The blood drive is open to everyone, but Kennett Chamber of Commerce is once again challenging local businesses to help meet the donation goal, and the Chamber member who wins will receive a special trophy to display at their business.

Hospital Commitment Goal: 20 units.

The Kennett OAKS Nutrition Center and Kennett Rotary Club will host a trivia night and fish fry on Thursday, June 25th. Fish plates are $15, and registration for a trivia team is $200. Call 573-888-9852 to order or register.

The next deadline for ordering America 250 shirts is Monday, June 1st. If your order is placed by then, your shirt will ship or be ready for pickup at Skeeter Kell on June 8th in time for our community event which will take place Sunday, June 14th.

In recognition of America 250, we’re challenging local businesses to a business decorating contest to help make Kennett as patriotic as possible. Submit photos of your business by July 3rd via email at [email protected] and we’ll have Facebook vote on Independence Day.
