🚨 COMMUNITY NOTICE: Regarding Reports of a Suspicious Gray Van 🚨

The Kenedy Police Department and the Karnes County Sheriff’s Office have received numerous calls regarding a "suspicious gray van" operating in local neighborhoods. We want to reassure the community that there is no cause for alarm. They have been issued a proper permit by the City of Kenedy.

Our officers have made contact with the occupants of the vehicle several times as the calls come in. The van belongs to representatives from Kirby Vacuums, who are legally soliciting business in the area. “KIRBY VACUUMS” will also be displayed on the side on the van.

We are incredibly grateful to our residents for remaining vigilant and quickly reporting suspicious activity. Thank you for keeping our community safe!

Have a safe night and a great weekend.

Stay safe karnes county!

What would we do without you? Honestly… we don’t want to find out.

You’re the calm in the chaos, the friendly voice, the one who remembers the details that matter and keeps everything moving forward with care and grace. It’s not just what you do, it’s how you do it that makes such a difference.

Today, on Administrative Professionals Day, we just want to say thank you. We appreciate you, Mrs. Foley, more than we can put into words.đź’›

Over the last couple of weeks, the treats have rolled on in, and we’re feeling the sugar rush and the love! 🍪🍩💛

We’re incredibly grateful for the contributions from Victoria Trevino with Laurel Ridge, City Manager Gonzales, Brooke Bates and Bronson, and one of our amazing anonymous donors who always shows up for us. From cookies and donuts to pizza and chips, we’re reminded how lucky we are to have such a thoughtful community behind us.

We appreciate you more than words (or desserts!) can say.
