Reservable meeting space at North Fork Library coming soon!
WCLS is installing a retractable wall that will transform an open seating area to enclosed meeting space on demand and in seconds! This construction project fulfills a long-term need for east county neighbors. Patrons will be able to reserve meeting space in advance from the WCLS website. The meeting room will seat up to 7 people and is expected to be available this summer.

Installation starts June 3rd. The standing Friends of the North Fork Community Library Book Sale will be unavailable, and no book donations will be accepted until construction is complete. Thank you for your patience.

Cuddle up with a good book and read to a canine friend and volunteer from the Whatcom Humane Society. Choose your half-hour between 3:45 and 5:45 p.m. Participants should be able to read with minimal help.
Space is limited; registration is required. Registration opens 4/19/26. To register, call the North Fork Library at 360-599-2020.
All dogs have completed basic obedience and/or participated in WHS education programs.
