City of Kemp City Hall 1. Purpose
The City of Kemp maintains social media platforms to provide official city news, updates, and public information.

4. Comment Moderation & Enforcement
• Comments violating this policy may be hidden or removed without notice.
• Repeated violations may result in user restrictions or bans from the City of Kemp’s social media pages.
• Posts reported to Facebook for violating their Community Standards may be removed by the platform.
• The City of Kemp will document and retain records of removed content for transparency.

5. First Amendment Considerations
• Comments will not be removed solely for being critical of the city, its officials, or employees, provided they do not violate this policy.
• Moderation decisions must be content-neutral and applied equally to all users.

6. Reporting Violations

Mobile Health Unit Offering Screening Mammograms in Kemp

Residents will have convenient access to preventative healthcare services as the Texas Health Community Hope Mobile Health Unit visits the area on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The mobile unit will be located at Harmony Bank, 100 South State Highway 274.

This visit will provide screening mammograms for eligible women in a comfortable, mobile setting. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 1-855-318-7696 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).

Women 40 years of age and older who meet eligibility requirements are encouraged to participate. Fully funded screenings may be available for qualifying individuals without insurance.

Participants should bring a valid ID and insurance card (if applicable) to their appointment.

This is a valuable opportunity to prioritize your health close to home. Early detection saves lives—schedule your screening today.
