At 501 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles south of Elkol, which is 16 miles southwest of Kemmerer, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

At 451 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Wayan to 8 miles east of
Di**le. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Afton, Thayne, Star Valley Ranch, Freedom, Smoot, Grover, Star
Valley Rest Area, and Salt River Pass around 505 PM MDT.

Unseasonably warm again across the area. A cold front will bring thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, strong to damaging wind gusts are possible with any shower or storm, especially in western Wyoming.
