Aging air conditioning systems in some Keller ISD classrooms can lead to temperatures reaching 90 degrees on hot days, disrupting the learning environment.

Keller ISD currently spends approximately $100,000 per week on temporary spot coolers to help address environmental issues while waiting for HVAC parts or repairs.

✅ Proposition A addresses these facility needs, including aging HVAC systems.

Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 through October 15! ✨ Throughout the month, our campuses will celebrate the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans who continue to shape our community and nation.

💡Hispanic Heritage Month began in 1968, when President Lyndon B. Johnson first proclaimed Hispanic Heritage Week to recognize the histories, cultures, and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. In 1988, President Ronald Reagan expanded the observance to a full month, and it was officially enacted into law on August 17, 1988.
