BIG news revealed ⬇️

A commitment to excellence. A collaboration made possible only in Texas.

After months in the works, we’re proud to announce the City of Keller has entered into a first-of-its-kind licensing agreement with the World Champion Texas Rangers.

This partnership gives Keller the unique ability to name our softball and baseball fields after Rangers Hall of Famers, bringing the club’s rich history and tradition directly into our community. Through official licensing, we will also be able to incorporate the Rangers’ marks and branding throughout the Keller Sports Park, creating an authentic, big league atmosphere for our families and young athletes. It is a game changer for our city and a direct result of the high standards set through the park’s renovation.

When we set out to renovate the Keller Sports Park years ago, we did so with a vision to create a facility that reflects who we are as a community and attracts world class organizations. Today, that vision is realized, elevating the Keller Sports Park into the premier youth sports complex in the metroplex and reinforcing our commitment to being Texas’s most family friendly city.

Kudos to Councilman Shannon Dubberly, a lifelong Rangers fan, who helped spark the idea, and to the entire city council and team at Town Hall who helped guide this partnership from idea to reality.

Always a fun event!

TRAFFIC ALERT
The arrival of spring means the annual Keller Lions Club Fair — including its parade — is on the horizon! This tradition will impact Bear Creek Parkway near the park and neighborhood streets to the north next Tuesday, April 14.

As it has in years past, the parade will kick off at 6 p.m. starting at Bear Creek Intermediate School (801 Bear Creek Pkwy.) and travel on Phillips Drive west to Gloria Street, south to Bear Creek Parkway, west to Austin Street, north to Vine Street, east to Cindy Street and north to the Lions Club property at the southeast corner of Cindy and Keller Parkway.

All impacted roads will close before the parade (around 5:45 p.m.) and reopen as it passes. Parking at Bear Creek Park will close around the same time, and traffic will not be allowed to enter or exit until Bear Creek Parkway reopens.

Whether you're in the area to enjoy the parade or simply trying to get home, please follow the instructions of police officers and public safety volunteers on the scene, and be sure not to drive around barricades.
