School's out for summer and I know I plan to hit my summer reading list!
Like all of you, I get my books in several ways....donations to my library, checking out books from the library, audio books through my library, etc, but there are MANY times I end up buying the hard copy on Amazon or through FB Marketplace. But I did want to tell you one more place that I've been very impressed with lately...World of Books. www.worldofbooks.com is an online store that has a rating system similar to Half Price Books (new, like new, very good, good, well-read). I've ordered three times so far and I'm amazed at how many books I get for the price. And the best part is it's free shipping over $15 (unlike HPB where you pay separate shipping for every book) and all books under $10 are buy three, get one free. My first order was 16 books for $72 ($4.5 each) and my second order was 20 books for $105 ($5.25 each). I cleared one of my kids' teacher's book wish list through World of Books. I prefer like new and very good, but the "good" books are also really decent. You get what you pay for, so if a "good" or "well-read" rating is good with you, you'll save even more money. If you like hard copy books without breaking the bank, check them out!
