These babies are here and not quite feeling their best…yet.

🎃 Pumpkin is an elusive little fella who has been sticking near the Salem Chiropractic Center in the 120 block of Delmar since late last week.

⛪️ Mr. Church is a handsome little guy who was found in the ditch near the Trinity United Methodist Church in the 1000 block of W. Boone Street.

No other siblings were found in either area and both of them are now settling in at the shelter. If no family is located, they’ll be vetted just as soon as we get them feeling better.
Please consider adopting a shelter pet…there are so many great ones to choose from.🐾

Salem friends in the Cottonwood subdivision area, Cooper is a neutered male senior Schnauzer who accidentally got out of his fenced yard in the 400 block of Nottingham Ct. He has a very worried family and needs medications so please reach out if you see him or have any information on his whereabouts.🐾

Today is adoption day for a very special girl who has stolen many hearts over the past few weeks. Mazie is a true success story and the perfect example of hope and perseverance. Life on a chain and without proper care and engagement will NEVER be a problem for her ever again. Her new family recently lost their beloved family dog and their healing hearts were reluctant to fall in love again quite this quick…but seeing and then meeting Mazie changed their path. They’ve continued to visit her faithfully while we worked to help her GAIN. Not only gain confidence in people, but trust in them…and herself. She also gained some much needed strength and weight. Recently spayed and brought current on all of her vetting, our girl has now gone home to finish up her healing…physically and emotionally.
Happy Adoption Day, Mazie and family…we are so thankful you found each other.🐾❤️

Salem area friends near the Marion County Fiargrounds area, these 2 male dogs snuck out of their home about 7:00 this morning. They are both wearing orange collars and have family out looking for them. They would appreciate any help with getting them home.🐾
