Hundred Nights Providing shelter and crisis-related services to individuals & families at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

Hundred Nights Emergency Shelter and Kingsbury Resource Center (both located at 122 Water St., Keene, NH) provide shelter and crisis related resources to those at risk of or experiencing homelessness. The Kingsbury Resource Center is open to the public from 7 am-5 pm daily. Our shelter intake staff is available after 1 pm to inquire about bed availability. 🍽️ Weekend Dinner Crew Needed! (Urgent: This Sunday, June 21st!)
Hey friends! 👋 We are looking for some awesome volunteers to hang out with us and prep some weekend dinners.

We’re building up our crew for future weekends, but we have a super urgent need for this coming Sunday, June 21st! 🚨 If you've got a few hours to spare, we would absolutely love to have you. Grab 3 friends! It’s always a good time, great vibes, and a massive help to the community. 💛

🗓️ The Deets:

When: June 21st; July 5, 11, 12, 19, & 26th!

Time: ⏰ However long it takes to prepare a meal for 65!

What you'll be doing: 🧑‍🍳 Preparing a dinner; you can use our supplies!

Where: 📍Hundred Nights Kitchen! 122 Water St, Keene, NH

🥾 Safety First!
Since we’ll be in a bustling kitchen environment, please make sure to:

👟 Wear closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots are perfect—no sandals please!

👕 Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little messy.

💇‍♀️ Tie back long hair or grab a hat.

🚫 No PRO kitchen experience needed, but definitely at least 1 person who knows how to cook! Just bring your awesome self (and maybe a friend!).

We are absolutely bursting with pride today as we celebrate a phenomenal milestone for one of our former program participants who just officially graduated from Cheshire County Treatment Court! 🎓✨

Completing this intensive, rigorous program requires an immense amount of dedication, accountability, resilience, and pure hard work. It is a journey of true transformation, and watching this individual show up for themselves day after day to build a brighter, healthier future has been nothing short of inspiring.

Recovery is not a path walked alone. It takes a village, and we are so incredibly grateful to the Cheshire County Treatment Court team, the case managers, the mentors, and everyone in the Keene community who walks alongside participants as they do the heavy lifting to rebuild their lives.

If you love interacting with people but prefer a volunteer role that doesn’t require a lot of standing, walking, or heavy lifting, we have the perfect spot for you!

Hundred Nights is currently looking for friendly Reception Volunteers to join our team.

As the welcoming voice on our phones, you will handle incoming calls and greet visitors. This is a massive, hands-on support to our shelter staff, freeing them up to work directly with program participants while giving you a front-row seat to the incredible community we are building every day.

This is the perfect fit if you:
✨ Enjoy chatting with people and helping them find answers.
☀️ Have a few extra hours to spare each week this summer.

You stepped up, shared our posts, challenged the "Impossible Math" of the current housing crisis, and showed all of New Hampshire the massive heart of our Keene community.

Out of this world technology—right here in Keene! 🚀🔭✨

We are sending a massive shout-out to the incredible team at our local Corning Incorporated facility! While the hardworking employees pictured here are busy creating groundbreaking technology, the Corning Community Impact Foundation has been busy investing back into our community with two incredible grants:

✨ A Corning Employee Vibrant Community Impact Grant, made possible by the nomination of local Keene employees.
✨ A 2025 grant from the Corning Community Impact Foundation.

As Keene Plant Manager Jeff Baloun puts it: “At our Keene facility, what we do is out of this world. With decades of research and development investment into the processing of aluminum for optical surfaces, rivaling the performance of glass, we have key capabilities all under one roof to turn our customers’ vision into reality.” (See the link below)

We love that while Corning is helping their customers see the future through advanced optics, their local company & foundation are helping us turn our vision into reality right here on the ground.

This funding directly fuels our mission at Hundred Nights to provide shelter, sustenance, and hope. It means safe shelter nights for families and critical hot meals for our neighbors in need.
