Come visit us on the Jefferson County Farm Crawl today! We will be here until 4:00 to give you a glimpse into our day-to-day on the farm. We have equipment on display to show you some of the implements we use from start to finish for growing sod.

And the farm kids are here selling their homegrown pumpkins and homemade pumpkin bread.

Meet Green Horizons Turf Farm: Green Horizons Turf Farm is a family farm specializing in high-quality sod for use on residential, commercial and sports projects.

Come see them on the Jefferson County Farm Crawl Saturday, October 11 from 8 AM to 4 PM.

On the crawl… they will have various types of equipment on display, give sod harvesting demonstrations and explain how they are able to grow and harvest sod without taking from the soil. Sod and seed for sale, plus the farm kids will also be on hand selling their homegrown pumpkins and homemade pumpkin bread.

Visitors of all ages will love the chance to see big equipment up close and personal!
