Central Davis Sewer District is an award-winning, publicly-owned collection system and treatment plant serving the Farmington, Fruit Heights and Kaysville areas. The District is governed by a five member elected/appointed board. In the recent past, the district has won awards from the Water Environment Association of Utah for the best operated treatment plant, best operated collection system, outs

tanding pretreatment program, outstanding safety program and best operated biosolids program. Individual staff members have been awarded honors for outstanding performance in their professional fields. The District has been awarded - three times - the outstanding Operations and Maintenance Excellence Award by EPA Region 8. in 2004 the district was recognized nationally with a Clean Water Act Award for outstanding operations and biosolids program. These awards indicate the dedication of the staff, the Board of Trustees and the rate-paying public to improved environmental compliance and commitment to enhanced facility operations.

Pursuant of the provisions of Utah Code Annotated § 20A-1-206, Central Davis
Sewer District, Kaysville, Utah, hereby gives notice that on September 11, 2025,
The Board of Trustees passed and approved Resolution No. 2025-9-01, a
resolution cancelling the November 4, 2025 General Election and declaring each
unopposed candidate elected to office.
