Beaver Road between 11 Mile Road and Carter Road is closed to thru traffic for a culvert replacement project.

Construction is expected to last 8-12 weeks (weather-dependent). Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and seek alternate routes during construction. Please use caution and allow extra travel time in the area.

🚧🛣️ Starting June 1st, work will be rolling into Portsmouth Township and Hampton Township!

Road crews will be paving in multiple areas as part of our 2026 construction season to help improve road conditions and provide a smoother ride. Please use caution in work zones, slow down, and watch for workers and equipment.

Expect intermittent delays during paving operations. We appreciate your patience while we work to improve Bay County roads! 🚜🚦

🚧 Pavement season is officially here! 🚧

The cones are going up, and the fresh pavement is rolling in as our 2026 Countywide Township Paving Project begins May 11 in Williams Township! 👷‍♂️🛣️

Crews will be working in the Auburn East, Carter Ridge, and Gray Hawk subdivisions, plus North Union Road between Garfield Road and 9 Mile Road.

Then moving onto Beaver Township on both River and Seidlers Roads, and in Kawkawlin Township on Boutell and Seidlers Roads

⏰ The project is expected to take about 8 weeks (weather permitting), so expect some delays, wave to the crews, and get ready for smoother rides ahead!
