Effective immediately-Beaver Community Hall will no longer be rented for weddings or full weekend rentals. Please see the attached flyer for the rental rates for a one day non-wedding event. If you are a 2025 bride and have your wedding booked with us for next year with a signed contract, Beaver Community Hall will still host your wedding!
As we make this change to our rentals, we thought it was important to remind everyone that Beaver Community Hall is owned and operated by Beaver Baseball Association. Beaver Baseball Association pays for all expenses that the hall incurs and proceeds from the rentals goes directly back to Beaver Baseball Association to help offset the hall expenses so we can continue to offer the community a hall to rent that has been a staple in the Beaver community for many years.
If you encounter an issue with the property the day of your event, please reach out to the Board member that you have been working with. Please keep in mind that the Board members running the hall are volunteers and it may take time to get someone out to the hall to look into the issue for you. If you hire someone to fix an issue you encounter during your rental, you will be responsible for those costs and will not be reimbursed by Beaver Baseball Association.
