Goats, crayfish, and pollinators…oh my! June is packed with adventure at 1000 Islands!

Grab a net and bucket and head down to Konkapot Creek for some community crayfishing—you never know what you might catch!

Then swing by on June 26 to celebrate Pollinator Week (June 22–28) with fun activities, trivia, prizes, and a chance to watch pollinators hard at work!

Plus, our Planet Defenders Camp gives students ages 9-11 a chance to jump in and get hands-on—build a solar oven, create a solar-powered motor and mini generator, and pitch in on real conservation projects!
