Proud and excited our students went the extra mile and thought to write the author.

Back in December during our "Heroic Feats" module, we read about the Battle of the Alamo. One of our students thought it'd be really cool if there were an "I Survived the Battle of the Alamo." Fast forward to our formal letter writing module, some of our students decided to use their formal writing letter skills to write to Mrs. Lauren Tarshis suggesting this great idea. Today, they received letters back from the author and we were so excited we had to share!"

Today is Public School Paraprofessional Day. Here at KE we have the BEST!! Hardworking, valuable, and essential to the students and staff. We are blessed by each of our paras.
