Folks, permit or not, now is NOT the time to light any piles up, or burn any trash! Please check wind levels before you light it up! And please obtain a burn permit through our Judge Wade J. Hedtke or through our emergency coordinator, Justin M Garcia, both located in our County Courthouse. With such dry conditions, we urge you to adhere to the current BURN BAN we are STILL IN. We ask everyone to be smart, do your homework on weather conditions, and get your permits before lighting anything. We would GREATLY appreciate your cooperation and again we THANK YOU all for your support and help with this matter.

Chris...not only is he dedicated to the fire service, but he LOVES his coaching! He has been coaching since 2021! His whole family is involved. His boys play football, he coaches, his daughter is in cheer, his oldest son plays in band, and his wife is their biggest fan!! You would think his plate would be full, but no he works out every morning to stay fit for the department, then works all day in the sun, then goes to coach his kis, then comes to fire practices on Mondays, and then home to his super supportive wife....his number one cheerleader!! Chris we look forward to seeing what you do next!!
