The Kapowsin Water pump house is ran on a tri-phase system. This means that if the power goes out to any one of its phases, it will not have enough power to pump the water out to customers. Be aware that while you may still have power, one of our neighbors around us may not and this is what is affecting your water. We are sorry about the inconvenience but it is beyond our control.

We currently have some faulty pressure switches that they're working on troubleshooting this week. Our pressure has a swing of 20 -70 psi. They are aware and they are trying to fix the problem

Power company is taking longer than expected to fix downed power lines. As of 6am they still did not know how much longer but it was going to be awhile. As soon as they get power restored to the pump house and it is safe to enter again service will be restored.

Due to a car accident by the pump house and power lines down the water is shut off. We will return service as soon as the power company get the lines back up and power restored.

We believe there is a block in the water line somewhere cutting off our water supply. We will be bringing in trucks to flush the water line and try to fix the system on Tuesday or Wednesday. Until there we are on a water schedule of 7-9am and 6-8pm.
