A Broken Rose Organization A Broken Rose Organization is a domestic violence advocacy group that provides programs and support for victims of domestic abuse.

A Broken Rose Organization was founded and created by Author Ramona R. Harris whom is the Chief Executive Officer. Along with her vision comes a dynamic Board of Directors who understands the critical need of keeping women and their children safe from their Abuser in a Domestic Violence situation. Strengthening our Sisterhood will play a major role in helping our Women and their Children. Teaching

the Women how to love themselves through a variety of group sessions will be one of our major goals in helping them understand that abuse is not tolerated in their lives as well as their children's lives. A Broken Rose Organization is currently working on a variety of resources to provide for the women and their children who have been abused mentally and physically. A Broken Rose is currently looking for a facility that will provide a safe place for approximately 100 women and their children to stay with us for 6 months to 1 year or longer. Their length of stay will depend on each individuals need. At our facility we will provide food, clothing, and other basic necessities while they are residing with us. We will also provide access to a variety of resources for schooling for the children as well as their moms. We will make sure that the children will be enrolled in the area schools if they are not already enrolled. If the Mothers would like to continue their education, we will provide all of the necessary assistance to help them get enrolled in a College or Technical School. Our Organization will also provide the necessary resources for Medical care, we will make sure that they are provided medical insurance, so that they can visit the area Hospitals and Clinics. Our ultimate goal is for women to learn, grow, and raise their children in a more positive environment until the time comes for them to establish being on their own, without needing help from their abusers in any way. A Broken Rose Organization will be working with a variety of housing Organizations to assist our Women and Children to be in their own home, such as HUD, Habitat for Community and so forth.

A Broken Rose Organization has a few announcements to make in a few weeks. There are new endeavors being added to the Organization. It's been two years in the making and the Chief Executive Officer is thrilled on continuing to make a DIFFERENCE for Familes and the surrounding Communities. It's that time again for the Community to pitch in collectively for all of the "Back to School" festivities. A Broken Rose Organization was invited to participate with other Leaders in the Community ( Mr. Donavan Gardner and Mrs. Lynette Powell )to make sure that Students have what they need to get started for their new 2024 School year. Also their will be a FREE Safe and Healthy Community SKC Resources Fair Saturday August 3, 2024, between 10 am-1 pm. Flyer below with details attached.......

A Broken Rose Organization STRONGLY BELIEVE that it takes a village to SERVE a Community, and especially other Grassroots Nonprofit Organizations. We believe in GIVING back in UNIQUE ways, rather it be MONETARY or by tangible items. We have and will be supporting our PARTNERING Nonprofit Organizations with Monetary Love Tokens and individuals in the Community with either Monetary Love Tokens or by tangible items. Our GOAL is to be supportive to other Leaders and their Missions as well as plant seeds of love in the community.
