Thos. Corrigan Building Located in the heart of the Kansas City Crossroads Arts District, Corrigan Station is a vibrant mixed-use destination for tenants and visitors alike.

1st floor lobby and retail, with 2nd-10th floors for office use

Attached new construction building, 3-stories
About 40,000 total square feet
1st floor retail space and 2nd and 3rd floors for office use
When connected to the historic Corrigan Building, the floor plates will combine to create 25,000 square foot floor plates on 2nd and 3rd floors, rare for the district

The new three-story, 22,910-square-foot addition is scheduled to be completed this fall. It will be anchored by Academy Bank, which has agreed to lease about 5,000 square feet on the ground floor for a full-service banking center.
