Have you visited us this summer and taken advantage of our new digital payment system? If so, what did you think? Pretty convenient, huh?!
Over the past few years we've received a lot of feedback from our guests that our previous "cash only" policy was not favored. So last May we began a trial run of a new payment system. Admittedly, there was a bit of a learning curve but once we got the hang of it, we learned quickly that many guests opted for that payment choice over cash.
A lot went in to making that POS system possible and Media Madnez was pivotal in that process. First, hard wiring was required to ensure that everyone's data remained safe. That hard wiring also allowed us to avoid disruptions often experienced by other systems that utilize wifi instead. Second, was reaching out to our current bank to discuss options, including payments being directly deposited. The convenience of not having to transfer funds over ourselves was a huge win. But the hardest part came in regards to our own club, which was pretty torn on adapting to the new tech. Once they got over the initial annoyance of changing the way "things have always been done," they came around.
That said, after seeing just how successful it was for both us, and our patrons, we're proud to announce that at our August members' meeting it was unanimously voted that we continue using the system from here on out. 🎉 (it's the little things! 😂)
So next time you come by, and find yourself a little short on cash, you won't have to leave with crying kids to find an atm. It's all part of our Expansion Celebration year where we're adding more thsn just new track, it's about the entire experience. And we hope that these small improvements help you and your family to have a better experience while you're guests here.
