Inter City Fire Protection District

Inter City Fire Protection District We are a combo fire district located between Independence and Kansas City Missouri. We have 2 Pierce Pumpers 5 Ambulances, 2 trucks and a rescue unit.

We have fivefull time firefighters/Emt's, 8 Paramedics 20 EMT's , and 7 Volunteer firefighters.

West bound Truman Road & Vincil Ave in Blue Summit Mo. (Kansas City) temporarily shut down due to an accident. Driver of the Brown Truck left the area on foot. If you know the owner or driver contact the Jackson County Sheriffs Office. The other driver was taken to a local hospital.
