The Wendat Confederacy was reaffirmed on August 27, 1999 in Midland, Ontario by the leaders of the Wyandot Nation of Kansas, Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma, Wyandotte Nation of Anderdon and the Huron Wendat of Wendake.
