We celebrate one of our homeowners that survived the 9/11 attack while attending a seminar in NYC, World Trade Center North Tower, 55th Floor. And we remember those that didn't make it.

Our thoughts are with their friends and families.

Clay County Receives GFOA’s Triple Crown Award.

GFOA’s Triple Crown designation recognizes governments who have received GFOA’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, Popular Annual Financial Reporting Award, and Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for a fiscal year. Clay County is one of just 441 governments nationwide that received the Triple Crown for fiscal year 2024.

Sidewalk replacement has moved to Gladstone Ave. Not sure where they're going next. College Ave is almost complete and the cross streets between College and Gladstone have been started as well.

On the bright side - the cost is covered by the sidewalk bond. In 2009 the city charged us over $2000 for a single section that they deemed as hazardous and replaced.
